Couleur Locale quickly became an established value in Knokke-Heist and far beyond there. In our designs we are inspired by long journeys and the people we meet there. Our specialty are houses under the sun, where you can walk barefoot and where different cultures meet.

Our team
Interior is my passion. As soon as I enter a room, I am already redesigning it in my mind. I like a relaxed atmosphere, houses where the wind blows through and artisanal objects. Travels far and away are my absolute source of inspiration.
I have been working as an architect for more than 30 years. I do sketching designs with a touch of watercolor. My specialty is to turn dated buildings into contemporary spaces. I prefer to work with organic shapes such as rounded corners, arches and atypical doorways. That's how I create a relaxed atmosphere.
After living in Asia (Singapore and Indonesia) for 20 years and traveling a lot, I feel at home at Couleur Locale Interior. When I tell the rich stories that lie behind beautiful pieces of furniture and works of art, just like the customer I feel like I'm traveling. As an interior architect, I am also very proud to work at Couleur Locale, helping customers decorate and give them advice.
OUR STORE
You immediately feel our passion in our showroom. Unique and special objects, chosen with care from all over the world, are given a place next to sober furniture from pure materials.
